Dear Helena,
The story of you and your sister has inspired me so much. Your bravery in such desperate times leaves me amazed. You bit an SS man in the leg as only a little girl! Thank you for sharing your story with the world and teaching us all what true courage really means. I found the book about you and your sister at my school bookfair in fourth grade, and after reading it I knew I was not the same person I was before.
